40% Off Hand Made Decorations

My neighbor is very artistic but on a tight budget. When her daughter announced her engagement, my neighbor began collecting the 40% off coupons that Michael's has in the Sunday paper almost every week. She used the coupons to buy the materials to make the decorations. Yes it took some time and planning at one coupon per visit to Michael's, but by the time the wedding came around she had made enough that everything looked very nice.
