No it would not be appropriate to have your mother, father and his wife all walk in together unless your mother really wants it as well.

Your mother should be escorted in and introduced first, followed by your father and his wife.

introduction at reception

what if the mother of the bride is not married -
my father wants to be introduced with his new wife and my mother at the same time - the three of them walking in together - i don't think this seams appropriate (mom and dad do not get along)
how can i handle this
