Divorced Parents Reception Introduction

The parents of the bride are both divorced and remarried, who gets introduced into the reception first, the bride's father and wife or mother and husband?

The reception introductions should flow with the natural order of "ladies first". So the bride's mother should be introduced first followed by the introduction of the bride's father.

The introductions should go something like this:

Introducing the mother of the bride, Mrs. Susan Miller, escorted by her husband, Mr. Ronald Miller.

Introducing the father of the bride, Mr. William Jones, escorting his wife Mrs. Debbie Jones.
