John & Ida Maples along with Donald & Laverne Richardson are proud to announce the engagement of their children, Geraldine Maples and Marcus Richardson.

The wedding is set to take place in a quiet ceremony at Hills Chapel in Nichols, South Carolina on August 19, 2009.

The couple met while attending Green Sea High School. Their bridal party is comprised of 19 people including a junior bridesmaid and a junior groomsman as well as two flower girls and a ring bearer.

The reception will take place at the local country club by invitation only.
