ANSWER
The bride comes first in everything wedding, think in terms of ladies first. It has nothing to do with who is paying for the wedding. In all wedding stationary the bride's name will come first because after all once you say, "I do." the wife will come last (Mr & Mrs, not Mrs. and Mr.).
